Meet Nick Sansone

Nick is a principal alongside his brothers at Sansone Group - currently ranked one of the country’s top five commercial real estate developers and a 68-plus-year-old family business founded by Nick’s father, Anthony F. Sansone Sr.

Since 2018, Nick and his team, as real estate developer/operator and sponsor, have sourced, entitled, and executed development projects through joint ventures with 17 (and counting) institutional capital partners. Across these partnerships, institutional partners have committed more than $900 million of their own equity, alongside sponsor co-investment, with project outcomes that have exceeded underwriting assumptions.

The partners have ranged from fund managers, separately managed accounts, wealth management platforms, family offices, such as Goldman Sachs, Invesco, Fortress, Principal Life to name a few. Nick, his brothers, and his team have grown their portfolio to 56.6 million square feet of development projects that total $9.8 billion in market value.

Nick, a 25 year veteran in the industry, has a passion to instill the lessons learned throughout his career to other real estate professionals who want to take their company to the next level by aligning with institutional partners.
